I have a class of 28 students this year and they are an extremely active and happy group!
I have had a challenging year so far to come up with ideas to keep my students managed and engaged and I wouldn't have it any other way! I love a challenge! My students LOVE technology. We have iPod Touches in our classroom, which is so great, but keeping up with having them charged and making sure they work properly or don't get damaged is a chore in itself! My students are GREAT kids but accidents happen and I would like to do all I can do to ensure that our technology is protected, updated, and charged and they are not currently any of those things!
My Project
I'm excited to bring more technology into the our classroom but need help with my organization. We mainly use iPod Touches during center time. It's a quick-paced time and students are expected to work independently. Having these items I've requested will help immensely as our iPod Touches are protected, charged and ready for use every single school day. I love the idea that my students will be able to practice math facts, reading fluency and comprehension, and practice various other skills on our iPod Touches. Having the materials requested will help make this happen on a daily basis!
