My Students
I teach a wonderful group of kindergartners at a New York City Public School. This year my class has a large ELL (English Language Learner) population and many of my students need extra support.
My kindergartners are active, engaged, and eager to learn every day.
I cannot wait to use all of the wonderful resources we can get through Donor's Choose to help my students have a successful school year. Thank you in advance for supporting and funding teachers in the public education system.
My Project
My Kindergarten students need a new iPad! This iPad can be used to help them play valuable and engaging literacy, math, and STEM games. Technology is so important in today's education system. My students are so familiar with using tablets at home so just imagine how excited they'd be to have access to one in their classroom.
Our class has a large ELL (English Language Learner) population who use the computer frequently in our classroom.
Many of the games our ELL population play can be easily accessed by using the iPad. Having an additional iPad in our classroom will give more students the opportunity to play these games at school. Please support public education and technology in the class room with your generous donations.
