My Students
The first time I brought my personal tablet into my classroom, my students were over the moon with excitement. Every day I have my tablet, they are so excited to hopefully get a turn to "play". What they don't understand, is that they are learning while they are "playing".
My students are wonderful little people who are very eager to learn new things.
They relish at the chance to try something new, and always put their best foot forward. I look forward to providing them with the opportunity to become familiar with technology most of them would not otherwise see.
My Project
I am requesting a Samsung 7 inch tablet for my student to use in our classroom. This tablet will serve multiple purposes. It will be an e-reader and we will use educational apps to enhance the learning experience of students in my classroom. I feel that it is important for children to become familiar with all kinds of technology at a young age because even though technology is ever-evolving, it will be a part of their lives forever.
