Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Sometimes, whole group instruction is not enough for all students to grasp concepts and literacy skills that can be too complex for them, and small group instruction makes the ideal environment to teach and reinforce these skills.
The teaching easel will help me bring difficult concepts to small groups of students who learn at different levels.
Never before in my educational career have I seen such a diverse group of learners as we have in this last decade, and research has taught me that differentiation while teaching brings greater comprehension and success in students.
