This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A gift card goes a long way in my first grade classroom! With the diverse needs of my students, I am constantly looking for ways to differentiate or supplement the curriculum. Teachers Pay Teachers is my number one resource for finding worksheets, projects, homework assignments, and reading passages. It's especially helpful for differentiating for my MLL students. I am able to find resources that meet students where they are so that every child is getting what they need. I also use these resources for colorful anchor charts that I can send home or hang around the classroom.
