My students are kind, generous, thoughtful, and inquisitive. They come to school to learn and explore new ideas. They are determined to find an experience. They are beginning to understand the wonderful experience a good education can offer!
I teach in a Title I school where 100% of the school receives free lunch.
My students live in a high poverty area. Access to literacy and supplies are key to their success, and such access begins and ends within our school walls. There are many things they will never be able to experience in real life that, with your help, I can offer. Please help me expose them to as many experiences as possible!
My Project
I would like to use Teacher's Pay Teacher's on a weekly basis to purchase study units and guided reading passages for my students. I also use it to gain access to math number talks, language arts center activities and many more activities in multiple content areas, including behavioral supports.
This gift card will allow me to provide content support to my students in all areas, create many center activities, and learning opportunities through power point explorations.
It will provide me exactly what I need at my fingertips on a daily basis.
