The iPad and accessories would be used to collect student data and anecdotal notes, take photos of student writing and projects to create portfolios, and to share documentation with families so they can keep up with goals and progress.
Being able to collect these artifacts digitally, will make imputing data much simpler. The iPad is small enough for us to take with us wherever we go so that we can be ready to document specific objectives and standards. The photos we take of our work and activities can be posted on ClassDojo to keep parents aware of what we are doing and learning at school. Having this iPad in our classroom will make organizing data and student projects so much easier because it will be digital instead of paper based.
