This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I work with a group of 4 year olds that are using their senses to explore the world around them. As their teacher, I provide them with materials and facts to guide their curiosity and help them learn.
As their teacher, I love watching students working with each other to solve a problem.
My Project
I have been collecting and using books to create activities for children to do at home and in school. I have used these resources to modify the learning and provide the students easy activities they can do at home with their parents to enhance their learning. With everything going on, some of my students are learning in the classroom and most of them are learning virtually. This means that as their teacher, I have to find ways to help them learn. I love finding resources that I can alter for the students to do at home with the resources they have at hand.
