My Project

Literacy centers are fun, engaging ways for our students in my 2nd/3rd grade combination class to explore skills independently and at their own pace. During literacy centers, students pick from a weekly choice board while I work with small guided reading groups to support individual needs and reading levels.

I like to use Teachers Pay Teachers as a supplemental source to find creative, standards-aligned resources that enrich our literacy centers for both grades.

The site offers puzzles, projects, and games that meet the needs of all learners. I’m excited that gift cards are available—this will give me access to even more high-quality materials to support my students.
