This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
In March, we were shocked by the news to plan for 10 days of school closure due to the Coronavirus. We planned for the 10 days and grabbed what we could. Little did we know that the 10 days would turn into months. My students and I have adjusted to distance learning and teaching. We use various learning platforms to communicate like Zoom and ClassDojo.
My students and I have been doing the best we can with the resources available.
We have been patient with the process. Distance learning and teaching have been challenging for all of us.
My Project
Our styles of learning and teaching have been changed since this pandemic. It has been a struggle to provide my students with the proper visuals while I am teaching from home.
With this new document camera and printer, I will able to use provide my students with clear visuals to properly teach my lessons.
I will be able to print texts, and my students will be able to easily follow along while I am reading and sharing my screen using my document camera. My images will no longer be distorted from holding the text up to the camera.
