This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love that my students are hard workers and that they appreciate all things. I motivate my students with stickers and they love to receive them. I think that with some of the erasers that I’m asking for, they will love them even more. The small incentives reach all learners. I also use pencil toppers as incentives for good work, turning in homework, and just caught being good. Some students benefit from incentives when feeling down or sick. I’m also in need a an organizer for my desk. Thais will help be to be more efficient with my work. With this, I will be able to keep my supplies in one place. Thanks.
