My Students
Educating our youth has no boundaries that words can not reach!
As Natural disasters occur, in the time of need we step up to help a fellow child and I gladly embrace the mission!
Hurricane Irma victims can not be stopped when it comes to educating our future leaders of tomorrow. Students from Puerto Rico are so thankful for surviving the storms that have come through their area this hurricane season. My students are so eager to learn and help others!
My Project
The project will allow English as a Second Language students to electronically manipulate words while increasing reading and language skills. At the primary level, it so important for students to learn and use hands on activities to make learning fun. Technology is the perfect tool that can provide instant activities and positive feedback for my students.
Students will have the opportunity to learn while demonstrating skills with the teacher.
Students will utilize best practiced computer programs such as Reading Wonder Works and MYOn. This laptop will allow the teacher to remediate one student at a times to help students with reading skills. My desire is to expose my students to a variety of activities so that their vocabulary increase and their reading ability reaches grade level. I believe with hard work and the right tools, this desire will be fulfilled. Our children deserve a fair chance to learn and exceed in their academics.
