My Project

Studying Alaska's history and culture is crucial for me as a new special education teacher. It enables me to connect with my students and create a supportive environment where every student can thrive academically and culturally, regardless of their background. By completing the approved courses and obtaining a professional teacher certificate, it can address the teacher shortage while bringing cultural sensitivity and understanding to my classroom. This commitment aligns with my goal to make a meaningful service to the educational needs of a rural community in Alaska, leaving a lasting impact on my students' lives.
