This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These snacks will serve as motivational incentives within our PBIS intervention program to reinforce positive behavior and improved attendance among students. By offering students these small incentives, we aim to encourage consistent school participation and recognize students who demonstrate exemplary conduct. These incentives will help foster a supportive school climate where students feel rewarded for making positive choices and maintaining regular attendance. By rewarding improved attendance and exemplary behavior, we aim to encourage student engagement and reduce disciplinary referrals across campus.
This will help build a culture of positive reinforcement, empowering students to take ownership of their actions and strive for personal growth.
