My Project
Telescopes are one of the most important tools used in Astronomy. They provide hands-on experience, making abstract concepts concrete, and allow for the observation celestial objects that are otherwise invisible to the naked eye. They spark interest, thrill and wonder. However, it is always a challenge when there are not enough materials to accommodate all of my lab groups. When working with telescopes, no more than two students per group is effective, because students have to take turns looking through the microscope. It would be beneficial to have additional telescopes for my classroom and our school to optimize student participation and learning.
