Help me give my students oral language experiences! I teach at a Title I school and since most of my students speak Spanish or are bilingual, they would really benefit from these items that would promote language.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are amazing! They mostly speak Spanish or are bilingual. They would really benefit from these items! These pretend food and hands-on STEM items will help increase their social skills. Play helps students talk about what they are doing and helps increase oral language skills. Not only will they have fun, but it will help increase vocabulary skills. It will also help with translanguaging. When they play, they will have the opportunity to say the words in English and Spanish. It will also help the students with dealing with social situations. We thank you in advance!
