My Students
Our students are eager to learn, ready to work hard, and high achieving. We live in a very small, rural ,high poverty town, and our high school is full of hardworking young men and women. Our students are leaders, computer science classes, online learners, marketing students, and newspaper students. These students complete projects on a daily basis. We also have student projects and tasks with 100+ members. We complete numerous things on a daily basis and need this project to make us more efficient and higher achieving. Several students do not have access to any form of technology and this project would allow us to help them be both productive as well as included. This curriculum is so vital to keeping our students moving in the right direction and able to keep up with the changing demands and applications being used.
My Project
My project is designed to take students to a new and exciting place in our classroom, to encourage them to think outside the box, and get out students excited about learning again. During the pandemic, so many of our students have been negatively impacted, that this project and these 3-D pens, is a chance to help them succeed through pandemic-impacted learning. We will look at things through a different perspective and let them get a hands-on approach. In Marketing, they will get to actually create their items and projects to see in real life, and in our community events we can create things to promote and encourage participation. The ideas and opportunities really will be endless with this project and these supplies will make that possible.
