This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help me increase the level of cooking techniques for my culinary students. My students are challenged not only in the classroom but more so to create events which cater to our school community. These items will assist in those creations and provide my students the necessary tools to ensure their success. Items such as the date dots provide the application of food safety. The hotel pans will give our students the real-world practicum of providing dishes in a more catered forum.
You support with this project will increase our inventory of necessary cooking utensils which in turn, motivate our students to take risks in the kitchen.
