Taking Charge of Learning

Help me give my students a sense of responsibility as they “take charge” of their learning.

My Project

Help my students stay charged as they take charge of their learning! Technology is a great way to engage students in learning. In our classroom, we use Chromebooks for a variety of different activities including small group rotations, early finisher choices, and an extension of our curriculum.

Currently, I am using a power strip to charge all of our devices which poses a tripping hazard for students.

A charging cart would be a great way to keep our classroom organized and safe by eliminating this hazard.

This cart will also give my students a sense of independence. They will take responsibility in charging their own devices so that they can be prepared and ready to learn each day.

By supporting this project, you are not only helping my students stay focused and engaged, but also helping them take charge of their learning each and every day!
