This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My fabulous first graders have big heavy chairs that aren't as kid friendly as we would like. The chairs are hard for the students to move and arrange when they come to small groups.

I know that these cheerful stools will make all the difference in getting my Firsties in the right mindset and ready to focus and learn with me!

The bright colors and light and easy feel will help remove barriers to their curiosity and willingness to try! In addition, the stools will provide flexible seating in my classroom.
