Help me give my students hygiene products to ensure that they are clean and well groomed to increase their self-esteem and ability to focus on academic tasks.
Personal hygiene is critical to self-esteem and health. My students have access to hygiene products that I provide for them in the classroom, and we do frequent lessons on the importance of personal hygiene. I have a “take what you need”cart where students are able to take any hygiene products they need without being asked any embarrassing questions.
Adolescence can be a tricky time for kids, and having access to deodorant, wipes, and other personal hygiene supplies helps my students feel more comfortable while at school.
Donating to this project will benefit all of my students. They will continue to have access to personal hygiene products any time they are needed.
