We typically share everything in our kindergarten classroom! Kindergarten is all about learning to share and working with others. However, with Covid-19 I need to rethink how materials and supplies are used by students.
This project will provide students with a take home binder that students can use to practice kindergarten concepts.
My Project
This project will provide each student with a binder that they can take home during school closures caused by COVID-19. I will be filling each binder with practice sheets and resources that kinder students will need as they learn new concepts. Some of these practice sheets include letter tracing pages, number charts, math games, and sight words. This project will also provide sheet protectors to protect the pages. The sheet protectors will also allow the students to practice directly on each page over and over again which helps cut down on copying costs.
We now know for certain that the school year will begin with distant learning and it is crucial that I get take home binders ready for my students so that learning can easily happen at home.
