My Students
A robotics lab is an exciting learning environment that provides hands-on learning opportunities of variety of skills from planning, building, programing and competition. I view my students and jr. engineers in training, developing their interest in a variety of engineering fields.
In this class, we will be working with both pre-made robotics kits and building robots from scratch from other textiles.
My class is a part of a larger school that celebrates CTE educational opportunities. The students come to our school not only for the academics but the amazing electives they can be engaged in.
My Project
The technology in the grant will continue to enhance not only the technology classes but robotics classes as well. My classroom is full of life with hands-on learning experiences that connects what they are learning with experience. The GoPro and accessories will allow the technology students learn and create green screen movies, stop motion videos and short video messages for the students who are learning online. The GoPro will allow the robotics students record competitions in the classroom and those we compete in. We can make short videos promoting our class to have more students join us.
With the GoPro, lighting, stand and other materials, students will be able to connect what we learn about into hands-on learning experiences.
