This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In kindergarten, my students are learning to do a lot of things. One of the most important things they will learn is how to be a positive part of our class family. We will begin the year learning about sharing, and the joys of playing with toys together. We have a new Language Arts curriculum that focuses on these topics, and with the new curriculum is a rich collection of suggested read-alouds.

This project will help our classroom collect the books we need to successfully implement our new Language Arts Curriculum.
