Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With the academic and social demands of a school day, sometimes we all just need to take a break and breathe. With the story and activity books and puzzles requested in this proposal, my fourth graders will have the chance to do just that.

Our Cozy Corner is our safe place.

We can pick up a book, do a brief mindfulness activity, take a brain break, solve a puzzle, and just relax before heading back into a lesson.

With your kindness and generosity, my students will have an improved space to go when needed. We'll be better prepared to face the day with kindness, patience, empathy, and confidence -- just a few of our superpowers.
