it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I have a special wish this year, to hear my children say," Want to hear me read"? This is my dream as the year goes on. What a coincidence, my children have the same dream.
My class of 25 kindergrtners are so energetic.
They try so hard to succeed, but sometimes it' is not so easy. Not all of them have the encouragement and support at home that I would like. It's not their fault. Their families try, but times are hard and they do their best with what they have.
My Project
With the Tag Reading System, I think my children will be more encouraged than ever. They will learn to read because the Tag Reader System will enable my children to truly use the skills they have been learning. They will become better, more focused learners. At this point in the year some have trouble with one to one correspondence. As they use the Tag Reader System, the pen will enable them to focus on each word and the pen will read it for them. Soon they will be on their own, reading everything in sight.
With your help we can help these 5 year olds realize their dream.
The gift of reading is the greatest gift we can give to these children. With you and the Tag Reading System behind them how can they fail? This donation will help them become more confident with each new word they learn. Soon, I will have to set a whole day aside just to answer an overwhelming YES, when I am asked " Will you listen to me read"? And I will be ecstatic to do it. Thank for taking the time to read our project.
