My Project
I am a Special Education 3rd grade teacher in a school that consists of culturally and linguistically diverse students within a low socio-economic community. Our special education students have been diagnosed with various exceptionalities, which include learning difficulties, speech impairments, ADHD, Autism, and sensory issues.
A class tadpole-to-frog set where my students could watch the transformation would be priceless!
What better way to learn about the environment and climate? The culmination of this Raise-A-Frog STEM activity will be that several students can take the frogs home as pets! With parental permission, of course!
Kids learn best with visuals. They learn by doing, watching, and observing. This would be such a fantastic experience for my kiddos that they will remember forever!
Thank you in advance for helping us give our students this fantastic learning opportunity!
