My students need technology that will allow them to utilize translation tools in our classroom. A tablet is an excellent way for a student to enhance their learning in real time.
My students are creative thinkers, energetic learners and compassionate students. My class is comprised of many English as a New Language Learners. Every day we begin ready to learn.
Many of my students may only speak their native language at home.
In our classroom we come together to grow as learners. For some students a large public school is a brand new setting.
Our classroom setting has been designed to provide a warm inviting place for students to want to succeed in.
My Project
Students use technology to enhance their learning. Many programs utilize language to teach essential skills. Many of my students are new to learning English and are enthusiastic, curious and determined to learn.
Tablets will be an essential tool to translate reading passages.
Students will then be able to feel confident and participate along with their peers.
Finding new ways to encourage a students love of learning is important in my classroom. Please help support my students as they grow as learners! Their curiosity as they begin to see the words translated before them and ability to listen to the translation is a monumental tool in their educational growth.
