My Students

My students are spontaneous, energetic, bubbly, and certainly, have the love for learning!

Many of my students are in the midst of overcoming poverty and trying to focus on the day in front of them.

Students walk in the doors of my classroom eager to greet me and ready to explore what I have in store for them! It is my ultimate goal to do all I can to inspire and ignite their learning. I hope to use new technology in our classroom for different math and reading small-group tasks! By doing this, I hope to lead students toward academic excellence!

My Project

I use technology in my room daily in order to engage my 21st century learners. Having tablets in our classroom would allow students to use a portable device anywhere in our room or building. Having a set would allow for more flexibility with groups as well.

I plan on having students use the tablets for reading books, browsing assigned webpages, engaging in apps, conducting interviews, and researching topics.

This type of technology will allow for creativity, collaborative group work, and engagement in academic tasks. Your generous donation will be directly contributing to better readers, writers, and mathematicians! This will be changing the lives of my students.
