This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students don’t get enough exposure to technology and all it has to offer, due to the lack of funds. Not only at home but in the classroom as well. My school is Title I. This means that we live in a low-income community. Our children are limited in many different ways. Technology does not come easy in the community they live in.

There is so much I can do with my children on the internet if I had the tablets to do so.

My children would be able to take virtual trips, being that we cannot physically leave the building. How great would that be? Exposure to animals, museums, and so much more.

I am asking you to please help in any way possible. These children need a fair chance at getting an education that will help them flourish. Thank you!
