Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are incredible individuals from diverse backgrounds, united by their desire to learn and succeed in English. As English as a Second Language learners, they face challenges like limited technology and navigating a new country, yet they come to class curious and determined. Their support for one another and celebration of milestones inspire me each day.
This project provides tools that make learning English engaging and empowering.
Tablets offer interactive and visual support, while a printer enables us to create personalized materials. Access to technology builds confidence and essential skills. It gives students the support and visibility they often lack.
Project Goals

What Makes My Students Special:
They carry two backpacks: one for books, one for dreams. They speak in accents full of courage, learning a new language while holding onto their own.
They celebrate progress like it’s gold, and try again, even when it’s hard.
They don’t just need supplies — they need opportunity. And this project says: “We see you. You belong. Keep going.”
