This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students needs a variety of handson table top learning toys. Our students love to build and create. So many important skills are expressed during free play.

Table top toys help us work on team work, sharing, creative thinking, problem solving, fine motors, and communication.

Giving my students a variety of choices throughout the week helps them stay engaged and having fun in our classroom.

We plan to have these choices available to them during free choice time. Toys such as magnetic building blocks, lcd writing boards, jelly blocks, and building dinos will help us work on all these skills.
