This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our students come from diverse backgrounds with various learning needs throughout the school day. However together we created a class family filled with love, support and respect for each other. Although our time together last year got cut short, we are excited to continue our class family this coming school year.
My Project
While we enter this new school year, many things remain uncertain. Students' safety should not be one of them. Each school day a new group of students will enter the classroom; many of them with caution and worry about their safety. While at school, students will be faced with new challenges while trying to learn new material. Our goal is to help our students (and parents) feel safe while at school. The sneeze guards for student tables will add an extra layer of protection for them; allowing students to focus on their learning!
