This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are kind and loving individuals who have been identified with various significant disabilities. They come to school every morning with big smiles and big hearts. Throughout the day, students are presented with many different learning activities designed to help solidify the skills introduced throughout high school. The students within this classroom are encouraged to complete all activities of daily living with as much independence as possible
This saw will make a difference in my program by allowing my students to learn how to make safe cuts of large pieces of wood.
This saw will help students learn the correct and safe way to cut large pieces of wood either with or against the grain. This saw will help students improve cutting accuracy, and reduce the effort needed to make a straight cut.
