Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are faced with challenges everyday in their lives. My students come from varied backgrounds and all deserve the opportunity to experience a variety of things. Each year I try to help them experience these different things. Every student learns differently so, I try to introduce these experiences to them.
My Project
I want my students to have a special place to come to for learning each day. By having a small group table that is mobile gives us the flexibility to move it anywhere and position it anyway to accommodate the lesson. This new table symbolizes a place where my students can complete work in a small group setting.
In our classroom I work on making an environment that engages the students, with tools and resources that is conducive to learning.
This new table will allow me to have a place to help students in small group or one one one.
I look forward to having this table in my classroom to work on math and science each day. Thank you for supporting my classroom and allowing me to have a new table for daily learning!
