Help me give my students a calming sensory swing and sturdy stand to support self-regulation, focus, and emotional well-being in our special education classroom.
My students thrive when they feel safe, calm, and regulated—and for many of them, movement is the key to unlocking focus and learning. That’s why I’m requesting a sensory swing and sturdy tripod stand to create a cozy, calming swing station in our classroom.
Whether they’re dealing with attention difficulties, anxiety, or sensory processing challenges, having access to a swing can make all the difference in helping them reset and re-engage.
This setup will give them a quiet space to regroup during transitions, take brain breaks, or prepare for learning activities with improved regulation.
