My Students

This is my 7th year teaching and I absolutely love my Pre-K group. My group this year has great personalities, are very positive, and love to learn. My students love to be creative with drawing, writing, and building objects with a variety of materials. Anytime they hear music they dance away with lots of energy and smiles.

I love seeing them as they enter every morning.

It really makes my heart smile that I touch the lives of my students daily especially when they say, " Mrs. B. you are a great teacher". It means a lot coming from them and it motivates me to be the best teacher I can be.

My Project

It is the teacher's job to teach the whole child, not just the academics. The mission is to stand by the students through their choices and guide them to make positive decisions while in my care. This project is requesting social and emotional activities such as a book that will assist students with calm breathing.

Also requested in this project are some Social Emotional Learning Mirrors that will assist students with their feelings.

The children will benefit from these materials during their social emotional journey in this class.

In addition, the students will receive incentives such as treasure box toys or even a gift card for their learning. Students who choose the gift card will be given a suggestion list with things listed such as books, pencils, supplies, treats, etc. to assist them in making good choices with their reward.
