This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our 5th graders at TCES have worked incredibly hard this year, and we want to celebrate their achievements with a fun and memorable graduation celebration! We are requesting candy and sweet treats to make their special day even more exciting.
Graduation is a major milestone, and recognizing our students’ hard work is key to motivating them for future academic success.
By providing candy and treats, we are fostering a sense of joy, accomplishment, and positive reinforcement, showing them that effort and perseverance are worth celebrating.
Our goal is to create a joyful and rewarding graduation experience for our 5th graders as they transition to middle school. We will be putting together candy goodie bags to make their celebration even more special. Our hope is that every student feels recognized, appreciated, and celebrated for their hard work, especially after overcoming challenges throughout the year.
Our 5th graders are resilient, hardworking, and full of potential. Many come from underserved communities, and despite challenges, they have shown determination, growth, and a love for learning.
