Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Your donations will help fund playdough, beads, and pipe cleaners for my TK classroom!
Playdough will be used for hands-on activities, where students can form letters and numbers.
This will help them practice early literacy and numeracy skills while strengthening their hand muscles. Students will improve their writing abilities and develop a deeper understanding of language and math concepts by shaping and molding these letters and numbers.
The beads will serve as an excellent tool for counting, sorting, and creating patterns, providing a hands-on way to reinforce math skills. Students will build their understanding of number sense, sequence, and pattern recognition through engaging, interactive activities. The pipe cleaners, in turn, will offer endless opportunities for creativity and fine motor practice as students twist, bend, and manipulate them to create their shapes and designs.
These materials are not just educational—they offer students an opportunity to explore, create, and learn in a fun, interactive way that strengthens their cognitive and motor skills. Your donation will have a lasting impact on their development, making learning an enjoyable and meaningful experience.
