My students care deeply about one another. They understand that some families may have money to purchase necessary household items and some do not. My students made a list of items that they think all families should have access to such as oil, cat food, and bins to store everything in!
Our scholars wish to create a sense of community and belonging by providing items that all families need to be able to live.
These items were requested by our families.
With these essential items accessible in our family resource center, our students will be able to organize and advertise to families that can use them, thus getting these products in the hands of those who need them most!
