Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Adjusting to in person learning has been a challenge for many of my students. They become easily distracted and need materials to help them refocus and reconnect to learning.
Wobble cushions will help my students who have a difficult time sitting still will have something to help keep them grounded in the moment.
Being able to pass out small sensory items such as pop its, stress balls, pea pods and mochi squishes gives them something small and concealable that is easy to hold on to while staying focused on learning.
