This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I absolutely love my students’ enthusiasm for learning and their resilience in overcoming challenges. They are curious, kind, and eager to grow, embracing the opportunity to learn in two languages. What makes them special is their diverse backgrounds and their determination to succeed in a bilingual environment, which requires extra effort and dedication.
The materials I’m requesting will make a significant difference in their learning by providing engaging and interactive tools to build their Spanish language skills.
These resources will help them expand their vocabulary, improve their reading comprehension, and gain confidence in writing and speaking Spanish. Whether it’s books, flashcards, or games, each item will foster a love for the Spanish language while making the learning process fun and effective.
The goal of this project is to enhance my students’ fluency and literacy in Spanish, enabling them to communicate effectively and achieve academic success in both languages. By equipping them with these tools, we are also nurturing a lifelong appreciation for bilingualism and the cultural richness it brings.
