My Project
Social emotional learning capitalizes on the power of music education and play to help students build the competencies of SELF. This includes self-awareness & self-management, social-awareness & relationship management, and decision-making.
These items such as hand puppets and conversation cubes will help my students develop social skills and communication amongst their peers, and the sensory tubes and learning toy set will be used to support the social emotional needs for students.
Students at our school come from different social and economic backgrounds and from all walks of life. Personally I have seen the growth of our students over the years and I must say they would definitely benefit using these resources.
