Supporting SEL And STEAM for Early Childhood Learners

Help me give my students a calming learning environment that supports social emotional and STEAM education! I am hoping to create a “calming corner” with interactive sensory toys and books to help students learn to regulate their emotions.

My Project

By donating to my project, you will be helping advance my students' social and emotional development through age-appropriate materials. My students come from a variety of backgrounds and enter our program from low-income households; many students are immigrants or homeless. Each comes with their own unique set of needs and is welcomed with open arms, hoping to provide a jump start to their educational career. My ultimate goal is to foster a love for learning and create a calm, supportive learning environment that my students need.

Through your donations, you will be helping me support their educational growth through play-based STEAM activities and books surrounding SEL and STEAM topics.

I will be able to provide more educational resources such as books, SEL toys, STEAM building toys, and flexible seating options.

My students are my world, and I want to provide them as many new opportunities to grow as possible! Thank you so much for helping me make my classroom great!!
