Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As we approach the end of the academic year, we are working diligently to ensure that our students have everything they need to thrive. However, we are faced with some challenges, particularly in securing supplies for our diverse curriculum and the day-to-day needs of our students.

One of our most pressing needs is for headsets for our preschool classroom.

With technology becoming an increasingly integral part of early childhood education, having access to headsets will allow our students to engage in interactive learning activities and develop important auditory skills. Your donation of headsets would greatly enhance the educational experience of our students and help prepare them for future academic success.

In addition to headsets, we are also in need of other supplies to finish the year strong. Our students rely on nutritious snacks to fuel their learning, and donations of snacks would be greatly appreciated. Furthermore, our art center is in need of paint and other materials to inspire creativity and expression in our young artists. Additionally, we are preparing for our final two units, focusing on buildings and getting ready for kindergarten. Any materials related to these units would be invaluable in helping our students develop important skills and knowledge as they transition to the next stage of their education journey.

It is important to note that our school serves an urban public school in a low-income community. Your support will directly impact the lives of our students and contribute to the overall success of our school. We understand that times may be challenging for many, but any contribution you can make, whether it be through donations or spreading the word to potential donors, would be greatly appreciated.
