My Project
Teachers are continually improving their practice. At our school, we have professional development weekly, focusing on topics such as classroom management, engagement strategies, and supporting ELL and SPED students. Teachers are given time to reflect on their teaching and create plans for improvement.
Our students deserve to have the best teachers, and our teachers deserve a positive professional development room.
The tools such as highlighters, pens, and dry erase markers will help teachers plan and practice. The diffuser and essential oils will help create a calm environment. The healthy snacks will help keep our teachers fueled and motivated.
