Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students have been working hard all year to become fluent readers. I would like to provide headphones and new reading material for students to engage in new stories and listen to reading individually.
As growing readers, my students will listen to themselves read and listen to stories read to them.
Becoming math mathematicians is tough work. I would like to reward my students' resilience with new math materials. These math materials will support my current students, as well as, my students in the future.
Having flexible seating, new reading material, and interesting math manipulatives will support my students in more ways than imaginable.
This classroom project was brought to life by Arizona Department of Education.
