Support Our Wellness Center With Nutritionally Balanced Snacks

Help me give my students nutritionally balanced snacks for our students, a necessity for our Wellness Center program. Often times, we get students who come to school without eating breakfast and can't eat in a normal lunchroom.

My Project

Being able to provide snacks for our students has been a necessity for our Wellness Center program. Often times, we get students who come to school without eating breakfast and being able to pick up a nutritionally balanced snack from our Center helps them focus in school and connect with impactful public health-centered resources. Students enter our space and see the snacks as an invitation and for us it's an opportunity to connect and get them the services they deserve. We also deal with high needs students, so it may be difficult for our students to eat lunch in a classically set up lunchroom.

With snacks in the center, we see more drop-in students and our program continues to and grow and develop.

Through this we can outreach more with public health initiatives, provide more support to students dealing with mental health issues and create a safe space for all.

However, this is only possible with your help and support.
