My Project
Hi! Thank you for supporting our Special Education classroom with calm down and coping skill resources. I have students from k-5th grade with an assortment of social behavior needs.
My students are so creative and fun and are learning about how to regulate their emotions, I appreciate your help!
We use scented and flavored things as a grounding tool. Squishy balls help us when we are overwhelmed, and so does theraputty. Every day our class learns about different ways to express ourselves and these tools like the breathing and yoga cards will help us do that.
