My Project
The University Interscholastic League (UIL) is an organization that creates rules for and administers academic contests for schools in Texas. The copy editing contest teaches students the vital skills of proofreading and editing to create accurate and clear writing. Emphasis is placed on the ability to find and correct grammatical, spelling, punctuation, AP style and factual errors. My copy editing team members show dedication through hard work, commitment to academic excellence, and striving for personal growth and achievement in academic contests. These updated AP Stylebooks would help them prepare for upcoming contests.
